Is it confidential?
Yes it is confidential, unless I think you are a risk to yourself or others, in which case I reserve the right to break your confidence.

What is the difference between counselling and coaching?
Why people seek counselling or coaching is usually about a difference in context. People look for a counsellor when they have a health and well being issue such panic attacks, or are experiencing depression. They find a coach when they want to take on their growth and development.

How long is a session?
A session is 50 minutes long and is normally weekly for around 6 weeks by agreement. I usually have an initial consultation where we establish whether we want to do some work together.

Can I park?
Yes there is parking outside my house

What’s the nearest public transport?
The nearest bus stop is in Shorwell, for the Vectis bus number 12, which runs between Newport and Totland.? You can also pick up the number 9 in Chale.

How much would it cost?
Talk to me because it depends on your requirements

Can I see you on the NHS?
Unfortunately no – I do accept NHS referrals however the NHS currently doesn’t cover the fee.

What is BACP?
British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) is a professional body which registers counsellors and therapists so that you know that they are following a code of practise you can check them out here
